Chip was red by David, Laura and Barbara McNeil of Scofield Airedales, Spring, Texas.
It's true! Chip earned his championship in just two weekends with multiple group placements from the classes!!
His daughter, Moonie, won Best Opposite Sex and Best of Winners from the open class.
